The Roti Canai Kayu Arang stall are so famous for breakfast and its
traditional foods. There are a lot of menu serves at the stall like roti
canai, roti Tampal Dangdut (2 half-cooked chicken eggs) and Nasi Lemak Kukus.
In addition to a wide range of traditional food choices, the ever-crowded
stalls of the public also serve delicious and popular dishes that are the
latest trends, Crispy chicken, King Squid and Roti Canai Nachos which filled
with cheese, minced meat and purple cabbage. All us know that the price of
charcoal is so expensive nowadays! However, the owner still wants to maintain
the way of cooking using charcoal and the uniqueness of its Roti Canai which
is the main menu and the choice of customers coming from all over Malaysia.

As the sign says ‘bersabar’ (please be patient).
Queue here can get pretty long in the mornings so I suggest to be here early.
Favourite hot spot for the locals, worth trying if you’re ever in Melaka
The roti canai is perfect! You may request for Dal
or Kari. There's also nasi lemak, mee goreng and etc. So there's a lot of
choices.
My suggestion is, please do come here before 9am.
After that, mostly the place already crowded and can't find easily empty
parking space.
By the way, just sit at the empty table. They will
come to you to take the order (roti canai, nasi lemak, water)!
Summary:
Lots of customer who came here is
satisfied with the Roti Canai. The foods is delicious but have to wait long
for the foods.
