Do you have a malay taste? Or maybe you are a spicy lover?


If so… you should have come to these restaurant because it offers a variety malay taste food that will suit your taste bud hahaha… I‟m also a lover of malay food as it is sooooooo good oh my god! So as it open early in the morning and closed at 4:30p.m. I guess you better come earlier so that you can see yourself the variety of food sells there.


There are all kinds of side dishes and also various types of fish such as keli, selar, pari, haruan, terubuk. There are also a variety of dishes and 12 types of sambal and air asam that definitely make you look forward to dining. Varieties of kerabu including traditional kerabu such as pucuk paku, kerabu pucuk selom, kerabu kaki ayam served here.

The most going place for having lunch to the outsiders and most of the customers are newly face daily.. And some time regular clients... Might come once in a fortnight..... The menu are the kampong menu... And the famous are fright cat fish.....

Authentic local food; very good spread. plenty of varieties to choose from. must try the various types of kerabu or local salads. then there are varieties of ikan bakar or grilled fish. the place is under a huge shed, so its very airy. service is fast.

Recipes


Ingredients:

1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil, divided 1 c. cornmeal
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning

4 catfish fillets Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper Lemon wedges, for serving

How to cook?

Reheat oven to 425° and drizzle 2 tablespoons oil on a large baking sheet. On a large plate, combine cornmeal and Cajun seasoning. Season catfish with salt and pepper, then dredge fish in seasoned cornmeal, pressing to coat.

Place fish on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Bake until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
