Unique taste

I've heard about this famous Kacang Pool before. I tried for first time during our family trip to Johor Bahru. It has an unique taste. Creamy and tasty sauce.

Summary:
Restoren Kacang Pool Haji is very famous with Kacang Pool menu. Kacang Pool is very delicious and have a unique taste that is creamy and tasty sauce. It is also provide a good service and affordable price.


Recipes:

Ingredients:
1.      10 onions @
2.      4 cloves garlic @
3.      1 inch ginger @ [sign @ finely chopped]
4.      300 grams of chopped beef
5.      2 tablespoons of meat curry spices - baba's
6.      1 can of pool nut
7.      1 teaspoon red beans, any brand
8.      1 teaspoon of black pepper - finely grounded
9.      1 teaspoon tined beans
10.  1 teaspoon of coriander powder
11.  2 tablespoons of beef oil
12.  sugar and salt to taste
13.  enough water

1.      lemonade 2
2.      onion - small diced
3.      green chili - cut
4.      Bread - can use french bread or bread
5.      tomato - diced
6.      Beef oil is heated to liquid

How To Cook?
Clean the minced meat under the tap water but put it in the filter then drain it. squeeze the nuts of the pool until broken but do not crunch. then combine coriander powder, curry spice, and 1/3 cup of water then stir well until it becomes a paste and set aside.
2. Heat some oil in the pan and then put in the beef oil and leave for a while. then stir the finely ground ingredients until you smell. Spice paste paste and stir well. Use a small fire and stirring constantly until it gets oil. Then put in minced meat and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Input 1 liter of water (can be reduced to appetite) stir until boiling water. cooked baked bean, pool beans, and red beans. stirring constantly and using medium heat for about 12 minutes.
4. Lastly, put the mashed black pepper and taste with sugar and salt. stir well and cook for a while and when cooked can turn off the fire.
