It is very interesting to be enjoyed. Mee Ketam KL is one of the most popular crab noodle places in town.  Mee Ketam KL is quite popular with the student crowd due to their very affordable prices for flower crabs. The signature Mee Ketam KL is served with flower crabs for RM 9.50. You can swap in mud crabs for a base price of RM 5 (for the noodles) and RM 6.50/100 gram (for the mud crabs). They also serve cooked crabs with rice for the same price. You can choose from various methods of cooking including curry, buttermilk, red sauce and others.

Recipes:

Ingredients:

1.         300gm Yellow yam is melted
2.         1/2 kg of crab ~ cleaned and split 2
3.         8 red chillies ~ according to each spice (for dry chillies)
4.         2 large onion pumpkin - 8 cloves onion
5.         3 cloves of garlic
6.         1/2 teaspoon tomato soup
7.         1 liter of water
8.         1 egg ~ beaten slightly
9.         2 chicken cube
10.       2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
11.       2 tablespoons oyster sauce
12.       2 tbsp tomato sauce
13.       2 tablespoons chilli sauce
14.       2 tomatoes ~ split 4
15.       Leek garlic cut
16.       a little mustard vegetables
17.       1 stalk carrot ~ thin cut (it forget to place)
18.       fried onions
19.       Salt to taste

How to Cook?
Crab clean, split two and drain the water
Chilli pepper with shallot and garlic
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ingredients to dry
Enter the tomato soup, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
If the concentrated gravy adds water and let it snap for a moment
Add sweet soy sauce, chicken cube and leave boiling sauce
When gravy and boil, add the egg while stirring until the egg is crushed
Then add the crabs, let it be for a while to cook crab
Sprinkle with salt and sugar to taste. It adds a little sugar to sweet fat.
Lastly add tomatoes, carrots and mustard greens
Close fire and set aside

Sprinkle slices of soup leaves and onions
Garnish also with red chilli, green chili and fried onions
